  • Yes absolutely! In most cases all you can expect to feel is slight soreness at the IV insertion site and a potential bruise. Adverse reactions to IV drips are extremely rare.

  • IV drip therapy uses a small catheter that is placed intravenously to enhance fluid, mineral, or vitamin availability and optimize absorption.

  • IV therapy bypasses the digestive system so your body can absorb 100% of the fluids, vitamins, and minerals that are administered during your session. Boosters work in a similar fashion, but are absorbed at a slower rate and may last longer. IV infusions generally last one to two weeks. IM injections may have a longer duration because the product is released more slowly into the blood stream.

  • We provide services for adults between the ages of 18 and 65.

  • A highly skilled IV nurse will establish venous access, administer the IV drip, and be present for the duration of your appointment. They will establish baseline vital signs, post-drip vital signs, and monitor you throughout the infusion to ensure your safety.

  • Frequency of IV therapy is determined on a case-by-case basis. We recommend no more than four IV drips per month to help balance out any vitamin deficiencies.

  • Give us a call at (646) 963-9222 and of our medical professionals can cater a drip to your specific needs.

  • IV drip therapy and vitamin injections are not recommended if you are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have severe/uncontrolled medical conditions such as kidney, liver, or heart problems. We request that you disclose any and all medications/supplements that you take any any known medical conditions. If any questions or concerns arise, please consult with our medical team.

  • Usually there are no side effects from receiving an IV vitamin infusion or IM booster shot. However, you may experience some stinging at the injections site and/or bruising afterwards. Major side effects are extremely rare. However, if you experience shortness of breath, hives, abnormal heart beat, chest pain or symptoms of an anaphylactic reaction (throat swelling/tongue swelling/facial swelling, trouble breathing) please call 911 and seek immediate attention at the nearest emergency room.

  • This depends on the kind of treatment you receive. Some IV infusions provide near instant results, others may take a few minutes to an hour to become activated. IM (intramuscular) injection take longer to absorb and therefore have more of a delayed reaction time.

  • Relax and enjoy the infusion in the comfort of your home/hotel. The entire infusion time ranges from about 30 to 90 minutes. You may feel the infusion as it goes in, experience a cold sensation in arm, and/or taste some of the vitamins. This is all OK!

  • For an IV appointment, expect a time slot of around 30-90 minutes. For a booster appointment only, COVID testing, or other diagnostic testing, expect a time slot of around 15 minutes.

  • Depending on your medical condition, it may still be possible to have an infusion/injection. We request that you have a medical clearance form completed. This form is available to download off of our website by clicking here. Once completed by your medical provider, please email to support@mynavo.com.
